Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Mahvi Accessories. We take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that there may be times when you need to return an item. Our refund policy is outlined below.

Returns : We accept returns within 48 hours of delivery if the product is damaged or defective. If you would like to return a product, please contact us at 8692817459 or  mahviaccessories@gmail.com with your order number, the reason for the return, and any photos or videos of the issue.

Refund: We will process your refund once we have received the returned item and verified that it meets our return policy criteria. We will notify you via email once your refund has been processed. Please note that the refund will be issued in the same form of payment that was used for the original purchase.

Shipping: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
