Refund policy

Returns : We accept returns within 48 hours of delivery if the product is damaged or defective. If you would like to return a product, please contact us at 8692817459 or  mahviaccessories@gmail.com with your order number, the reason for the return, and any photos or videos of the issue.

Refund: We will process your refund once we have received the returned item and verified that it meets our return policy criteria. We will notify you via email once your refund has been processed. Please note that the refund will be issued in the same form of payment that was used for the original purchase.

Shipping: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

At Mahvi Accessories, we understand that plans can change. Please read our cancellation policy carefully before placing your order.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at 8692817459 or mahviaccessories@gmail.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

  • Before Shipment: Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if they have not yet been dispatched.
  • After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return once you receive the item, in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

  • If the cancellation is approved before dispatch, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Payment gateway charges (if applicable) may be deducted from the refund amount.
