Mahvi Accessories reserves the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice. However, all confirmed orders will either be fulfilled or refunded.

We also reserve the right to refuse service to any customer without providing a reason. Mahvi Accessories shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage arising from the use of our website or services.

Payment and Shipping:

All prices listed on our Service are in Indian Rupees (INR). Payment can be made through the payment methods listed on our Service. We will ship your order within 3-5 business days of receiving payment. Shipping times may vary depending on your location.

Refund and Return Policy: 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will accept returns for unused and undamaged items in their original packaging. Shipping fees are non-refundable, however customer is not liable to pay for return shipping costs.

Damaged Products:

Each piece is carefully quality-checked before dispatch. However, we are not responsible for damage that occurs during transit.

If you receive a damaged product, please email mahviaccessories@gmail.com with clear photos within 48 hours of delivery. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement of the same or a similar product, subject to availability. Requests made after 48 hours will not be accepted.

Missed Delivery:

Our courier partners make up to three delivery attempts. If the order is not received and is returned to us, re-shipping can be arranged on request with an additional charge of ₹250.

Limitation of Liability:

Mahvi Accessories will not be liable for any damages arising from the use of our Service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

Indemnification:

You agree to indemnify and hold Mahvi Accessories, its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of our Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

Governing Law:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflicts of law provisions.
